How to add WhatsApp

Integrating WhatsApp with Planeasy is simple and quick. Follow the steps below to start sending automated messages to your contacts.

Prerequisites

Before starting, you need:

• An active Planeasy account
• A phone number with WhatsApp Business
• Administrator access to the system

Step by step

1. Access settings

In the side menu, click Settings and then Integrations.

2. Select WhatsApp

In the list of available integrations, find the WhatsApp card and click Connect.

3. Scan the QR Code

A QR Code will be displayed on the screen. Open WhatsApp on your phone and:

1. Tap More options (three dots in the upper right corner)
2. Select Linked devices
3. Tap Link a device
4. Scan the QR Code displayed on the Planeasy screen

4. Confirm the connection

After scanning the QR Code, your WhatsApp account will be connected. You will see a confirmation message in Planeasy.

Now that your WhatsApp is connected, you can:

• Configure automatic messages
• Create message templates
• Schedule sends at specific times
