Learn how to buy, monitor and manage your SMS credits in Planeasy.
How credits work
Each SMS sent consumes 1 credit from your account. Credits never expire and can be used anytime.
Pricing
- Domestic SMS: 1 credit per message
- SMS with special characters: 1 credit (limited to 70 characters)
- Long SMS (more than 160 characters): 2 credits

- Select desired package
- Choose payment method
- Confirm purchase
Monitoring usage
Current balance
View your credit balance anytime:
- In the top menu (SMS icon)
- In Financial > SMS Credits
- On main dashboard
Usage history
Track all sends:
- Access Financial > SMS Credits > History
- See information for each send
