Reset User Password
Learn how to reset user passwords in case they forget or need to update their credentials.
Reset via Admin Panel
If you are an administrator, you can reset any user's password:
1. Access the Users Page
Navigate to Users in the menu.
2. Locate the User
Find the user who needs a password reset.
3. Click "Reset Password"
Click the three-dot menu next to the user and select "Reset Password".
4. Confirm
Confirm the action. An email will be sent to the user with instructions to set a new password.
Self-Service Reset
Users can reset their own password:
1. Access the Login Page
Go to the login page at https://app.planeasy.com.br/signin.
2. Click "Forgot Password"
Below the login form, click "Forgot my password".
3. Enter Email
Enter the email address associated with your account.
4. Check Email
Check your inbox for an email with reset instructions.
5. Set New Password
Click the link in the email and set a new password.
Password Requirements
For security, passwords must meet these requirements:
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character (!@#$%^&*)
Important Notes
- Password reset links expire after 24 hours
- Users must set a new password (cannot reuse old passwords)
- Administrators cannot see user passwords
- If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder
Security Tips
- Use strong, unique passwords
- Enable two-factor authentication (coming soon)
- Change passwords regularly
- Never share your password
