Configure Payments
Learn how to configure payment methods and manage billing for your Planeasy account.
Accepted Payment Methods
Planeasy accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Bank Slip (Boleto): Available for Brazilian accounts
- PIX: Instant payment for Brazilian accounts
How to Add a Payment Method
1. Access Settings
Navigate to Settings > Billing in the menu.
2. Click "Add Payment Method"
In the payment methods section, click "+ Add Payment Method".
3. Select Method
Choose your preferred payment method:
Credit Card
- Enter card number
- Enter expiration date (MM/YY)
- Enter CVV (3-digit security code)
- Enter cardholder name
PIX
- Select PIX as payment method
- QR code will be generated at payment time
Bank Slip (Boleto)
- Select Boleto as payment method
- Slip will be generated on invoice date
4. Set as Default
Check "Set as default" if you want this to be your primary payment method.
5. Save
Click "Save" to add the payment method.
How to Edit Payment Method
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Find the payment method in the list
- Click "Edit"
- Update information
- Click "Save"
How to Remove Payment Method
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Find the payment method in the list
- Click "Remove"
- Confirm the action
Note: You cannot remove the default payment method. Set another method as default first.
Automatic Billing
Planeasy uses automatic monthly billing:
- Invoices are generated on the 1st of each month
- Payment is processed automatically using your default method
- You will receive an email with the invoice
- Credit card charges appear as "PLANEASY" on your statement
Important Notes
- Payment information is encrypted and secure
- You can change payment methods at any time
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
