Manage Subscription Plans
Learn how to view, change, or cancel your Planeasy subscription plan.
Available Plans
Planeasy offers three subscription tiers:
Starter Plan
R$ 99/month
- Up to 1,000 contacts
- 500 WhatsApp messages/month
- 500 SMS messages/month
- 1,000 emails/month
- 1 user
- Basic support
Professional Plan
R$ 299/month
- Up to 10,000 contacts
- 2,000 WhatsApp messages/month
- 2,000 SMS messages/month
- 10,000 emails/month
- 5 users
- Priority support
- Advanced reports
Enterprise Plan
Custom pricing
- Unlimited contacts
- Custom message limits
- Unlimited users
- Dedicated support
- Custom integrations

How to View Your Current Plan
1. Access Settings
Navigate to Settings > Billing > Plan tab.
2. View Plan Details
You will see:
- Current plan name
- Monthly cost
- Renewal date
- Usage limits
- Features included
How to Upgrade Your Plan
1. Access Settings
Go to Settings > Billing > Plan tab.
2. Click "Change Plan"
Click the "Change Plan" button.
3. Select New Plan
Choose the plan you want to upgrade to.
4. Review Changes
Review the new plan details:
- New monthly cost
- Prorated charge for current period
- New features and limits
5. Confirm
Click "Confirm Upgrade".
Note: Upgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
How to Downgrade Your Plan
1. Access Settings
Go to Settings > Billing > Plan tab.
2. Click "Change Plan"
Click the "Change Plan" button.
3. Select New Plan
Choose the plan you want to downgrade to.
4. Review Changes
Review the new plan details and limitations:
- New monthly cost
- Features you will lose
- Data that may be affected
5. Confirm
Click "Confirm Downgrade".
Note: Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. You will continue to have access to your current plan until then.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
1. Access Settings
Go to Settings > Billing > Plan tab.
2. Click "Cancel Plan"
Scroll down and click "Cancel Plan".
3. Select Reason
Select a reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated).
4. Confirm Cancellation
Click "Confirm Cancellation".
Note: Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, you will lose access to the platform.
Additional Usage Charges
If you exceed your plan limits, additional charges apply:
- Extra WhatsApp message: R$ 0.15
- Extra SMS message: R$ 0.10
- Extra email: R$ 0.05
- Extra user: R$ 50/month
- Extra storage (per GB): R$ 2/month
These charges are added to your next invoice.
Important Notes
- Plan changes are prorated
- You can change plans at any time
- Cancellations take effect at period end
- No refunds for partial months
- Contact support for Enterprise plan details
